“LAOXIEJIACHA(XIE Master Tea)”was born in the year of 601, SUI Dynasty and owns 1418 years of tea history till now. The 49th generation Mr. Xie Sishi, who is the ‘Inheritor of National Intangible Heritage’ and ‘China Tea Master’, built up Huangshan Guangming Tea Plant in 1987, and then changed the plant into Huangshan Guangming Tea Co., Ltd in 2005.

The company was on the ‘top 100 tea enterprises in China’in the last 11 years in a row and the brand-LAOXIEJIACHA is Chinese Famous Brand, Time-honored Brand. Additionally it is the first tea enterprise that acquired QS and ISO9001:2000 QMS certificate within the Anhui province. The company owns 706.67 hectares of green tea farm and 200 hectares of organic tea farm and has 148 employees working in tea production, process, inspection and marketing. Besides, 3 tea professors were specially invited by the company and engaged in tea scientific research and technical guidance of product quality inspection. Resultantly, new products possessed of new making techniques were invented recently and 5 products were honoured with national invention patent.

The company constructed 2.33 hectares of area for “National Intangible Cultural Heritage Fuzz Tip Production base” and “Hui Style Ancient Dwellings branded with LAOXIEJIACHA” in Huangshan City and built 2 hectares of area for “National Intangible Cultural Heritage Fuzz Tip Inheritance Demonstration Base” and ‘Yellow Mountain Hui tea Cultural Museum’–a national AAA tourist attraction.

LAOXIEJIACHA always insists the family precept ‘To be honest, to make good tea with honesty’. It always selects the best fresh tea leaves and implements traditional process.

In 2007, Chinese then-president Mr. Hu Jintao provided tea as national gift to Russian president Mr. Putin. In the same year, in the First World Green Tea competition in Japan, the company got Golden Pride.

In recent years, the company has consistently increased its sales revenue (close to 100 million RMB in 2018), kept a good record of low asset-liability ratio, and maintained a healthy development. It has continued the quality control spirit of “inheriting essence from hundreds of years, creating excellent quality for now” and executed concept of “product quality equals to moral quality” to control every step ranging from purchase, process to package. Its products have consistently 100% passed the inspection by National quality inspection bureau for 20 years.
